The two accused persons Wallace Kufandada and Takudzwa Pepukai who are male persons aged 21 years and 18 years respectively were charged with robbery as defined in section 126 (1) and rape as defined in section 65 of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act [Chapter 9:23] (The Criminal Law Code).
