This is a judgment on a preliminary point raised on behalf of both respondents. On the 2nd February 2024 at Harare, Arbitrator S Mudimu issued an award. She ordered appellant (employer) to pay respondent (employee) a sum of $11, 900.00 in respect of arrear salaries and leave pay.
