The accused person faces a charge of murder. It being alleged that on the 5th of June 2017 he assaulted the deceased Dubabantu Sibelo by stabbing him on the forehead with an okapi knife resulting in the deceased later dying on 17 June 2017 from the injuries sustained in the assault.
