This is an application for bail pending trial. Applicant is facing ten counts of contravening section 126 of the Criminal Law Codification and Reform Act [Chapter 9:23]. This is an appeal against the whole judgment of the High Court handed down on 18 July 2018 in which it ordered the appellant to deliver to the respondent 167275 Old Mutual Public Limited Company shares within 10 days of the date of the order. This matter appeared before me on 9 October 2020. Mr N.Mlalaappeared for the applicant whilst Ms S. Mhlanga appeared for the 2nd and 3rd respondents.
After a brief hearing, the parties settled the matter and agreed that an order by consent be made, to the following effect.
