This is an appeal against the decision of a magistrate court refusing to release appellant on bail pending his trial on a charge of contravening section 157(1)(a) of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act Chapter 9:23 - “possession of dangerous drug cocaine” - without a licence.
