The escalation of domestic violence cases remains cause for concern. The brouhaha which resulted in the tragic death of the Tineyi Mamvura (the deceased) was a direct consequence of domestic violence. We discharged Keith Matenena the second accused at the close of the state case and gave reasons for our decision. The trial continued in respect of the 1st accused.
